Casper Police Officers and other first responders have arrived at the scene of a reported pedestrian vs vehicle collision, which occurred at the intersection of 2nd Street and Beverly Street in Casper.
While first responders handled a car accident at the intersection of Wolcott and Collins, a separate individual drove up to the scene and told officers he was suffering from a possible heart attack.
"ACO McCrary applied a tourniquet and bandages to the male, which was later credited with saving his life by the attending surgeons," a post from the Glenrock Police Department stated.
