The Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo Parade will be July 8, 2014 at 10:00 am in downtown Casper. Bring your chairs, sunscreen, and get there early to get a prime spot.

The 2013 Central Wyoming Fair & Rodeo Parade in downtown Casper marks a few occasions for Casperites.  Parade Day always marks the official kickoff of the Central Wyoming Fair & Rodeo, and it usually falls about mid summer, meaning that it is time to kick summer up a notch and enjoy the remaining time.  The 2013 parade was definitely one for the books, with tons of floats, vehicles, dancer

If you live anywhere near NCHS in Casper and you think you can hear the sound of bass drums, trumpets, saxophones and the occasional piccolo during the summer months, you are not imagining things. The "Big Tree" area of town is the stomping ground of the "Western Wind Marching Band."

The highlight of Summer for many citizens of Casper is Parade Day. Parade Day is an excuse to get off of work, get outside, spend some quality time with one's family and let the kids eat as much candy as they can get their hands on.

From the library to local TV, convertibles to calliopes and everything in between - the annual parade in downtown Casper is always a highlight of the Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo each summer and after looking at the photos, it isn't any surprise why.
