Toddler Smokes Marijuana in Shocking Video [VIDEO]

A short, but disturbing, video may very well take you aback.

This video of what appears to be a father letting his infant child smoke marijuana popped up on the internet on Friday.

It appears to have come from a Vine. You can see the boy smoke before someone else takes it. It also appears as if at least two people are watching and laughing.

It's not clear where the video was made.
