Challenged by coach Joe Legerski before the season,  Chaundra Sewell has become a player who is averaging a double-double every game for the Cowgirls.

Double-digit scoring isn't anything new for the senior forward who averaged 13.7 points per game as a junior last season. However, Sewell needed to improve on her average 8.7 rebounds last season to satisfy Legerski's challenge.

Sewell accepted the goal and she has improved this season on rebounding.

She now averages just less than 14 points and 10 rebounds per game so far this season.  Legerski tells the Casper Star-Tribune that Sewell is quick off her feet and wants the basketball.

Sewell says she takes more pride in grabbing rebounds than scoring points.
