Billy Ray Cyrus is giving daughter Miley a run for her money in the outrageous category with the release of Achy Breaky 2.

Billy Ray released a rather unusual sequel to his monster 1992 hit "Achy Breaky Heart,"  on Tuesday. Achy 2 is a collaboration with Buck 22, the son of Dionne Warwick and comes with twerking aliens.
