Amy Lee Gives Birth, Teases New Music [VIDEO]

Amy Lee of Evanescence recently gave birth to a healthy baby boy,( her first child) Jack Lion Hartzler. A few weeks after the birth, Amy is already teasing new music from her forthcoming release, Amy Lee Featuring Dave Eggar: Aftermath.

The album, due August 25, is captures the film score the pair collaborated on for the movie War Story, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah this January.

Lee told MTV News at the time that the score is unlike anything she has ever done, using cellos, trombones, synthesizers and harp in the arrangements.

"This whole process has been really different, and freeing," she said. "Doing my band, it's always been a big deal, a lot of pressure, a lot of hoops to jump through and things to live up to."

In a new interview with Rolling Stone, Lee said she has no plans to do anything with Evanescence in the future.
