Casper’s Best Bar? [Poll]

I love bars, probably a little too much. I'm not even a drunk (which I suppose is something a drunk would say.) I love a couple beers, but mainly I love bars for the colorful characters and a fun atmosphere.

I grew up in the state of Wyoming, and moved back a couple years ago. Even before I could drink, I heard arguments over who had the best bar in Casper. Everyone has their own opinion, but I want to see if we can reach the most popular choice.
