Casper’s DQ Is Celebrating St Patrick’s Day In The Best Way

I think we can all agree that DQ is the best possible place to get your ice cream fix on.

There are always places celebrating St. Patrick's day in different ways whether it be by giving you a free green drink at your favorite pub, or the classic shepherds' pie, in my opinion, nothing quite beats a cheap cold treat from the people who do it the best.
