The annual Wyoming-Montana All-Star basketball series will be on June 14 and 15, 2024, and the rosters for Team Wyoming were released on Tuesday. The Pronghorn Center in Gillette will be the site of games on Friday, June 14, and then the series will shift to Lockwood High School in Billings, MT, on Saturday, June 15. The girls’ games will start at 5 p.m., followed by the boys’ games at 7 p.m. both nights.


The 2024 rosters are below.

Three of the eight state championship teams during the 2024 high school season are represented on the girls’ and boys’ teams. On the girls’ roster, 4A champ Sheridan and 3A champ Douglas have a player involved. For the boys, it’s 4A champ Cheyenne Central.

Eight of the 11 Wyoming girls selected received all-state honors in the 2024 season. Eight of the ten Wyoming boys chosen also received all-state accolades in 2024.

This year is the 48th for the boys’ series and the 27th for the annual girls’ series. They did not play in 2020. Montana swept the four games of the series in 2023. The Treasure State girls won 73-44 and 82-62. They've won 13 in a row and lead the series 39-13. The Treasure State boys won 92-44 and 101-66 in 2023. They've won 22 straight games and lead the boys' series 67-27. Wyoming is looking to break the current 11-year losing streak.



Wyoming’s head coaches in 2024 are Liz Lewis (Women’s Team) and Shawn Neary (Men’s Team). They are the current head coaches at Gillette College. Lewis led the Pronghorns to a 16-16 finish in the 2023-24 season. Neary guided the Gillette men to a 27-5 record and the Region IX North Conference title. Neary was named the Region IX Coach of the Year and won his 500th junior college career game last season.

Players will report to Gillette and practice will start on June 12, 2024.

This year's games are not on the same weekend as the Wyoming Shrine Bowl.
