Actually, is that smart marketing? Not only do customers not complain, maybe the idea just attracts more people.

Could it be a trend to spread? Actually, a London store already started it.

Owner Vicki just says, "You're in a bookstore ... why be distracted by a text or email you can answer once you leave the shop."
