Skynyrd Show Will Honor American Heroes In Conjunction With RNC [VIDEO]

Lynyrd Skynyrd will perform in their home state of Florida, at The American Action Network Pavillion at Liberty Plaza in Tampa kicking off  a four-day series of musical events.The show dubbed Southern Tribute IV honoring America's heroes, which raises money to support wounded service members and their families. The show is being presented by Citizens Helping Heroes.

This show will be in conjunction with the Republican National Convention being held in Tampa, Florida the week of August 27th. The band will also be preforming on Fox & Friends.

Skynyrd will be performing this Friday morning as part of the Fox & Friends TV show's All American Concert Series.  The Southern rock legends will be playing live between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. ET outside of the Fox News studios in New York City.  The group will be playing some classic tunes, as well as selections from their new studio album, Last of a Dyin' Breed, which will be released on August 21.
