Smith RV in Casper is asking for the community's help in locating the driver of a vehicle who allegedly drove through their fence and crashed into a travel trailer.
Tracy Olsen pleaded not guilty in Natrona County Circuit Court on Tuesday to a number of different charges, including eluding police, interference, DUI, and more, after he allegedly led police on a high-speed chase early Tuesday morning.
"Over the course of 18 hours, trained crisis negotiators used a multitude of tactics in an attempt to peacefully resolve the situation," the NCSO wrote. "During the incident, there was exchange of gunfire between the armed barricaded subject and law enforcement."
