WW II will be the focus of luncheon Jan. 25

Tomorrow afternoon there are not one, but two great events taking place at the For Caspar Museum to kick off the Christmas holiday season.

Step into the unknown at Fort Caspar Museum's Ghost Investigations - a hauntingly exciting opportunity for ghost hunters.

Lovers of Halloween, mark your calendars. From Oct. 25 to Oct. 31, the Casper Heritage Harvest Festival will be holding a range of immersive experiences to feed your inner goblin and help promote historic preservation in the community.

Hunt ghosts with a medium and experience the potential of the other side.

The Fort Buildings will be illuminated only by candlelight, and there will be re-enactors, live music, activities, and free cookies and hot chocolate.

Internet, you had just one job. You put together a road trip covering the most historical parts of Wyoming and completely overlooked Casper. Thanks.

Bring your cameras and flashlights. You just may find something, as tourists have reported some strange happenings in the old Fort buildings.

Find re-enactors, try your hand at flint-knapping and tomahawk throwing, and enjoy many other activities from the past at this free event.

The Troopers will hold free performances on Father's Day, and in July at Fort Caspar along with a summer music camp.

City crews are working on repairs, but a personal visit is the only way to contact the museum for the immediate future.
