Albany County Emergency Management says its Public Warning System is "working as expected," even though no emergency sirens sounded during Tuesday afternoon's Tornado Warning.
A tornado has touched down in the southeast region of Wyoming Thursday afternoon. The tornado was spotted west of Yoder, WY - about 13 miles southwest of Torrington.
The storm could produce gusty winds -- there's a 2% chance of tornadoes in the Casper-area. Severe hail will be the size of a quarter or bigger in Central Wyoming.
