This summer's motorcycle rally in Sturgis is already set to be a big one with acts like Motley Crue, Alice Cooper, Lynyrd Skynyrd and more confirmed to perform - and now the next generation is ready to add their music to the mix as The Pretty Reckless are now scheduled for Friday, August 9th at the Buffalo Chip:


Sturgis, SD (April 8, 2014) – The Sturgis Buffalo Chip’s Motorcycle and Music Festival will now be giving its guests the opportunity to see The Pretty Reckless unleash wild stage antics and grungy hard rock songs on Friday, Aug. 8. Crowds can expect an onslaught of aggressive rock from the group including the hit song, “Heaven Knows,” currently No. 1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Charts. The Pretty Reckless joins a star-studded lineup of bands to perform at the annual nine-day festival. Over 25 nationally known bands will take to the Chip’s main stage Aug. 1-9 including Mötley Crüe, Alice Cooper, Florida Georgia Line, Train, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Zac Brown Band and many others.

“When it comes to a great stage performance, The Pretty Reckless has the whole package,” says Sturgis Buffalo Chip President, Rod Woodruff. “Tremendous talent, intense energy, and an in-your-face attitude that will totally captivate the audience when they take the Chip’s stage this August.
