Will Casper Have A White Christmas?
With the exception of the recent snowstorm, the 2014 holiday season has seen above average temperatures and very little snow. What are the chances of Casper having a white Christmas?
According to the NOAA, Casper stands a 76-90% chance of having a white Christmas based on the averages of the past three decades.
The Weather Channel, as of now, is calling for a 60% chance of snow on Christmas Day. This we all know is subject to change. There is also a high chance of wind on Christmas Day, which should be no surprise to anybody.
