Millions of Americans are headed to the Post Office, or stuck behind a computer to get their taxes done today.

In many cases what's owed federally is just the start, there are those pesky state taxes to contend with too. In a recent poll asking the question, "Do you consider the amount of state taxes you have to pay as too high, or not?"

People in New York griped the most while the fewest complaints came from people here in the Cowboy State.

Here's a breakdown of how the voting went in states that responded "too high."

New York: 77
New Jersey: 77
Connecticut: 76
Illinois: 71
Rhode Island: 70

Here are the bottom five:

Florida: 33
Nevada: 28
South Dakota: 27
Alaska: 21
Wyoming: 19
