We have to look out for one another despite our differences. A pretty big issue is how much alone time our senior citizens have on a day to day basis. I believe that having a nice balance between 'me' time and socializing is the key to mental stability and happiness.
Health, nutrition, and fitness are all extremely important no matter where you live. All three have an effect on your mental status and of course your physical state.
I've been making some changes in 2019 and one of them was to get back into the gym and start my transformation into Chris Hemsworth. As you can imagine, It's still a work in progress.
