The Science Zone Needs Your Help For Halloween Treat Trail 2011!

The Science Zone puts on the yearly Treat Trail on October 31. This year they expect to have more than 5,000 people walk through their doors! This is both a huge project and a great opportunity.

Volunteers Needed!

The Science Zone is looking for people who would be willing to donate their time to help put on this year’s Treat Trail. Volunteers are needed for a variety of different projects and responsibilities. The Treat Trail will be active from 4:00pm – 8:00pm for the general public. They will have a special hour from 3:00pm – 4:00pm for those folks with special needs.

Sponsors Wanted for Treat Trail 2011!

The Science Zone is still looking for an exclusive sponsor for their Haunted House. They are also looking for more booth sponsors.

The Haunted House sponsorship comes with your company’s name and logo on the haunted house, as well as being included in all marketing materials. This is an exclusive sponsorship.

Booth sponsorship

You get an 8’ booth along the Treat Trail to decorate and hand out candy (provided), and a sign with your logo to hang at your booth.

Candy will be provided for you to hand out. You can also hand out your own wrapped candy or promotional products to help your booth stand out.

You are required to decorate and staff your own booth, costumes are encouraged.
