What Wyoming Animal Does This Bone Belong To?

All over the world, there are dinosaur bones being found and here in Wyoming, we are pretty famous for finding more than just a few fossils.

I don't do a lot of hunting or fossil hunting so I look at this video and haven't the slightest clue what type of animal this could be. Some of the Reddit users believe it's either a partial skull or an elk that's had its antlers removed.

I'm curious to know what some of you believe it could be? Are you with me on saying it's from a prehistoric time?
