Wyoming’s Josh Dorr to Open Cowboy Concert in Laramie

Gillette's Josh Dorr has probably made a couple of trips to War Memorial Stadium in his lifetime.

I don't think those trips will have the same impact his visit on Friday, September, 2nd will on the young up and coming music star.
